Library updated to reflect new court decision about imputing income

Ken Proudman - BARR LLP (Edmonton)
   Society Past President

Our Family Law / Divorce Library has been updated as a result of a new Court of Appeal decision clarifying when someone's income can be imputed (set at a different amount) for child or spousal/partner support purposes where they're intentionally unemployed or under-employed. Other grounds of imputation set out in the Library have also been expanded. The new Library page can be read at https://albertalegal.org/info/topic1/imputing-income
