Hello, I signed a yearly rental contract in October 2023, So good until October 2024. This rental is managed through a property management company. The house owners (not propert management company) contacted me that they are putting the house for sale in February this year. I will still have 9 months of contract left. What are my rights? Do i have to leave when they sell it? What are the rules on real estate and buyer entering the premises to view the propert during the selling stage while i still live here?
