CRA and Student loan ?

steve (PR)

I need some help with the CRA about a Canadian student loan from 1994-1997. Long story short, i was taken to small claims court in 2004 where a default order was granted for 5k (or there abouts), for 2 years i had my wages garnished, and the amount was paid. I have the CRA taking any/all refunds and apply it to this student loan. they say i owed them 25k last year and long story short they have taken 5k of tax refunds, etc and nw say my balance is 20k. They do NOT accept that there was a default judgement in 2004 for 5k. and for 20 years i have NEVER received any tax refund, HST refund, or any other refund. I have sent copies of the judgement and the garnish payments back in 2004-2006 . but they do not accept it ... i have called and everything I need some help... please anyone.

I went to school in Ontario at the time and now live in Alberta -- Canadian Student loan
