The app description in the store advertises it as a usable app with the battle pass as an optional purchase. However, upon opening the app, a pop-up prompts users to subscribe to the battle pass with a promise of a 3-day free trial, with no way to close the pop up forcing you to subscribe. Upon making the purchase, the promised free trial is not provided, constituting a deceptive practice. This issue is currently present on the Apple Store. I am seeking advice on whether this situation could warrant legal action. I can provide screenshots and additional evidence if necessary. I just wanna see if this is a case or not thanks.
