POA general question

Heather L Schatz (Warman)

Need to have this POA Notarized
By someone in alberta. It is all filled out accept the notarization. Does everyone named on that form have to be present when he notarizes it. My husband who has been incarcerated for forty years , will not be out to sign that he's signed a Week orso ago already. I was there when he signed it. As he signed his application for his old age pension as well.

Hi Heather,

I would recommend you take the document to a lawyer (who will also be a notary automatically) and ask them what needs to be done with it. It is a little unclear from your post what you are asking and without seeing the document(s) in question, it is impossible to answer online.

I've gone to a jail before as a lawyer to have an incarcerated person sign legal documents, so if it is the incarnated person's signature that needs to be notarized, you might need to make arrangements to have your husband sign anew.
