How do I serve a civil claim if I don’t know the executor?I tried a few times already but can’t find an executor.I know the family’s names of the deceased but no addresses.One of them might be the executor but I’m not sure.The person that has died owes me close to $10,000.I have till mid December/2026 to serve the civil claim.Could you help me please?Could I have a free consultation soon?Thanks,Maureen
