Middle name missing in my COPR and differs to my passport with middle name.

shinee (Calgary)

My middle name is missing from my PR and other ID cards while my foreign passport clearly shows my First Name, Middle Nam and Family name.

I received an email asking for a copy of document of legal name change since I have also included my middle name as part of “given name(s)” section to match my passport. (Citizenship Application)

Should I still need to do the amendment form for correcting my name on my PR card/CoPR ?

Or

Would renewing of PR card with the right name instead would suffice the needed proof for my written name on my application?

Or

Is it legally acceptable to write a letter to immigration officer to not include my middle name for my application?

Thank you.

Please advice.
