Resolution Counsel

Nate (Okotoks)

I went through the Family Docket and was set up for a Resolution Counsel appointment. I am unclear of what exactly I need to be submitting to the counsel before my meeting. I am disputing a change to child support calculation based on new financials and retro active child support and section 7 expenses based on the other party not sharing up to date financials.

You should call them and ensure you're bringing everything they need: 1-855-738-4747. If it's a child support issue, ensure you have all of the relevant items in the Notice to Disclose application: https://cfr.forms.gov.ab.ca/Form/CTS3835.doc
